The Dominican Republic is absolutely recommendable for everyone who's looking for an enjoyable beach vacation. There a long, white sand beaches and the sea is blue and warm.
But the country has more than only beaches. Samaną is a wonderful peninsula, where you can find jungle. It's best to rent a Jeep for a tour through it. Furthermore you can make a boat trip in the mangroves.
